Q: Hi. Thank you for your answer. You can change pick up location, but there a $30.00 amendment fee charged to change to and existing reservation. It means $30.00 for each person??

The $30.00 amendment fee is per reservation change.
If you change the pickup location on your confirmed reservation, there will be a one-time $30.00 fee for the entire reservation, regardless of the number of people on tour.

Q: Hi, so if we sign up for this tour, is this tour for sure going? What do you mean tour "confirmed" and the $30 Amendment fee? So for example two people sign up is $198. They can join the tour with the free fare, but the third person has to stay in the same room as the initially booked 2 travelers, and there will be a minimal $30.00 fee charged to change the reservaiton from 2 travelers to 3 travelers.

We suggest you to sign up for 2 people first, because once the tour confirmed the cancellation of free-fare passenger is made at least 7 days before tour departure date, the reservation will be subject to a $30 Amendment Fee plus the amount for the paid participating travelers.
